BSOP volta a ser indicado para o Global Poker Awards

O Brazilian Series of Poker (BSOP) foi novamente indicado ao Global Poker Awards, considerado o “Oscar do Poker”, que celebra os maiores destaques do universo do poker mundial.

Esta é a segunda vez que o principal circuito brasileiro é finalista na categoria de “Melhor Circuito Mid-Major”, que premia os melhores circuitos com buy-ins intermediários. O BSOP disputará contra nomes de peso, como RunGood Poker Series, WPT Prime e WSOP Circuit.

A cerimônia de premiação acontecerá no dia 22 de fevereiro, em Las Vegas, e promete reunir os maiores talentos e personalidades do poker.

Entre os destaques da premiação está Caitlin Comeskey, jogadora, embaixadora do PokerStars e produtora de conteúdo, que recebeu quatro indicações, incluindo “Melhor Criadora de Conteúdo de Vídeo Curto” e “Melhor Personalidade do Twitter”. Caitlin já possui dois troféus do Global Poker Awards em edições anteriores.

Outras categorias incluem “Melhor Performance em Mesa Final”, que traz indicados como Daniel Negreanu, destaque no WSOP Poker Players Championship, e Barny Boatman, que brilhou no EPT Paris. Na categoria de “Melhor Evento”, competem eventos icônicos como o Main Event da World Series of Poker (WSOP) e o Main Event do EPT Barcelona.

A cerimônia também homenageará jogadores que se destacaram em 2024, como David Coleman, reconhecido como Jogador do Ano pelo Global Poker Index (GPI), Cherish Andrews, eleita Jogadora Feminina do Ano, e Jeremy Ausmus, que conquistou o título de Jogador do Ano no PokerGO Tour.

Além disso, a premiação celebra o talento de criadores de conteúdo, streamers e jornalistas, reforçando a diversidade e a amplitude da comunidade de poker.
