We will soon be making a credit into your account.
As you would have noticed, we experienced some technical issues which affected the site and some tournaments and games.
In some instances, players received a
buy-in refund to which they were not entitled.
As per normal recovery procedure we reversed those transactions, however in doing so some accounts - who may have already played/withdrawn funds – were left in a “Negative Balance”.
Whilst this is normal operating procedure in many events, we felt this was not in keeping with our high standards of customer care or meeting customer expectations.
As such, the aforementioned credit has taken place to return your account to a 'neutral state'.
We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this week’s event may have caused you and we remain available for any further assistance you may require.
