Hello XXXXX,
Thank you for your email.
Please note that our systems will not allow barred players from one site to play on the other.
It is of utmost importance that we have the technical solutions in place to preserve our game integrity.
Keeping in line with these facts, we will of course deal with exceptional situations on a case-by-case basis.
Additionally, we are very sorry but we are not able to give much more information other than what is provided in our press statement and FAQ at this time.

We realize that this has been a difficult and drawn-out process. As such, we also comprehend that you may have many questions. To that effect, please note that we are working hard to answer all of your queries. However, we will need a little more time to address all concerns.
We would, nonetheless, like to stress that we will be operational within 90 days following the recent completion of our agreement with the US Department of Justice, no later than November the 6th. At that time, all players outside the US and US territories will be able to
cash out their funds. US and US territories players will be dealt with by the U.S. Department of Justice.
Please rest assured that we will pro-actively grant regular updates to all of our players in terms of progress.
We appreciate your patience and cooperation.
Regards,
Bruno S

Subject: Request (FTP)
Dear support,
I read the news that
pokerstars acquired Full Tilt Poker, which is
close to
reopen. I had an account in FTP that was banned.
I wonder if would be possible to review my situation, because I
would like to play there.
Can I create a new account? Would it be possible to recover my old account
(XXXXX)? If so, can a change my screen name?
Thank you.
