We are pleased to confirm that we have now concluded our agreement with the US Department of Justice and hence commit to paying players back and relaunching the Full tilt Poker site within 90 days, by November the 6th. By that date, former Full Tilt players from non-regulated markets (excluding the USA) will have full access to their accounts. More information will be made available closer to the relaunch date.

All player account balances and transactions will be reviewed, including pending cash-outs. Once account balances have been verified (including any adjustments for pending cash-outs), players will be able to cash out. At this point, we have no access to individual accounts so we’re unable to discuss your particular case.

We appreciate and thank you for your understanding and patience until we can get this resolved.

Full Tilt Poker now operates under a license in Isle of Man, which is among the most trusted and rigorous e-gaming regulatory jurisdictions in the world. Since August, we've been carefully reviewing all Full Tilt player accounts in preparation for re-opening. In the coming weeks we will be completing the restoration of all non-US player accounts including yours, in preparation for re-launch day.
