Galera, tava lendo um livro até legalzinho e me deparo com essa pérola de slowplay AA preflop.
Página 47 do raiser`s edge.
Sério mesmo, algum player decente slowplaya AA contra um hiperfoda, mesmo que hyperaggro?
"The effective stacks are 30,000. Blinds are 100/200 with a 25 ante. You hold A♠A♣ in the BB. You haven’t done any pre-flop re-raising yet and overal have a very tight image. Your opponent is cash-game sensation Tom “Durrrr” Dwan, who is on the cutoff. Pre-flop, it folds around to Dwan, who raises to 500; the button and smal blind both fold. In a situation like this, it may actualy be preferable to exercise pot control pre-flop and simply cal. Opponents as unpredictable and talented as Dwan wil cal your re-raise with an enormous range of hands and make a highly specific read on your range because you’ve been so tight. Additionaly, a player like this is wiling to take creative and aggressive lines post-flop that wil bloat the size of the pot and put you in very difficult situations with a pair, potentialy to the detriment of your entire stack. By exercising pot control pre-flop and just caling, you disguise your hand wel; you could be caling with a wide range out of the BB. You’l then be able to cal your opponent down comfortably on the vast majority of boards and alow him to use his aggression to hang himself at stakes that won’t cripple you in the event he sucks out. It wil be highly tempting for him to bluff more, because you’ve underrepresented your hand"
Pra quem não entende inglês, fala em flatar 2,5BB estando 150 deep contra o durrrr, oop, e passivamente com único argumento "eu sou tight".
Alguém também quitaria de ler o livro e vai fazer algo melhor, como dormir?
